Prescriptions

We process medication refills, but only if you have an upcoming appointment.  Once our office receives and official request, it may take up to 72 hours for processing.

Please contact your pharmacy and have them fax our office a Refill Request Form.  If you wish to have a written script from your physician, please contact our office.  Lastly, 90-day prescriptions are only written at appointments with your doctor.
